is looking for Scholarship Donations
to create Scholarships for those in need looking to start a new career in Real Estate. (Waiting on funding; please do not apply yet)

     We would like to provide Twenty-four scholarships a year in totalthree a quarter to start for veteran students and three a quarter to start for non-veteran students in need, so we are looking for donations!

     Those who donate a real estate education retailed at: 650.00 may choose to be part of the committee to decide the best candidate in need. Of course our sponsors will be mentioned on this page as well as be included in all media relative to this topic. Who will be Eligible?

     If you’re a potential student with a family income below $55,000 a year, who wants to pursue a career in Real Estate, you can apply for the scholarship award to complete your Pre-License Real Estate Training. You must be planning to attend school within the next 3 months. To qualify for an Illinois Real Estate Broker License in the State of Illinois you must be at least 21 years old, a high school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.), successfully complete the required coursework and pass the state licensing exam. Effective May 1, 2011 the Broker license category replaced the former Salesperson license category. And you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

  1. Why you are the best candidate to receive the scholarship?
  2. Why you are unable to pay for your tuition?
  3. What type of real estate you plan to pursue if you are aware?
  4. What the class start date, time and location is that you applying for, if you were able to receive this scholarship?
