TUTORING

Inland real estate school, provides one-on-one tutoring sessions to any student in the state of Illinois. The tutoring sessions are designed to answer any questions or concerns that students may have arising out of the material presented in their 75-hour broker pre-license program, 45-hour post-license program or the 45-hour managing broker pre-license program, whether presented by us or another school. The student may also choose to use the session to prep for either the standardized state and national exam required by the state of Illinois or the 3rd class final exams. Tutoring is structured entirely on the students’ needs and is customized to meet that objective. The hourly rate for tutoring is $75.00.

Once you pay the fee, you can schedule a session with either Dave McGowan or Stephanie Krol. Please email: school@inlandreschool.com or call the school office (877) 990-8409 to schedule your tutoring session. If you email, please provide 3 possible dates and times.

Use the links below the information on each of our tutors to schedule and pay for your tutoring session. You will not receive an immediate receipt but will receive confirmation by email concerning your scheduled tutoring appointment.

Once you have paid any time has been set, you will join the live webinar or, if preferred attend a live in office presentation with Dave only.

EXAMSMART

ExamSmart is an online bank of questions developed to be consistent with the philosophy of PSI testing services. The platform provides both practice questions, videos and for managing brokers simulation exams. When using the practice mode, and informational box will appear after you’ve answered the question to explain the reasoning for each answer.

COMPUCRAM

Compucram has been developed in conjunction with PSI to prepare students for the broker and managing broker state exams. Compucram provides an online bank of practice questions along with matching exercises to help the student prepare to deal with the philosophy of PSI as well as assisting the student in understanding definitions of various terms.

PSI ONLINE EXAM

The PSI online exam comprises of 100 retired questions that provides the student with a hands-on experience of the PSI philosophy with regards to developing questions as well as experience with regards to how PSI examination platform will appear when the student is taking the state exam.

FEE: $15.00

GUIDE TO PASSING THE PSI EXAM

This is a textbook exam preparation tool that provides a summary of the essential elements the student needs to be aware of in preparation for the state exam plus a battery of practice questions. This is a package of 2 books with the 1st book focused on the national portion of the state exam including 450 practice exam questions and the 2nd book consisting of 250 Illinois State specific practice questions.
